The Social Transcript Module has been activated on the University Information Management System (UBYS) of Çankırı Karatekin University. Applications for the 2025-2026 Spring Semester Social Transcript, which aims to record students’ social, cultural, sports, volunteering, and personal development activities, will be carried out through the UBYS system.

Students are required to complete their applications by the end of business hours on Friday, June 12, 2026. Evaluation and approval procedures to be conducted by the faculties and vocational schools are planned to be completed through UBYS by June 26, 2026.
